MEDICAL FORM

Looking after everybody is our top priority – and as emergency services people, something we take very seriously.

Everyone on our training (including all of the team) fill out a physical copy of our medical form.

These files are kept secure, but easy to get hold of (on the day) – placed on our information board (by the door in the Hub) – should an incident occur.

It helps US (Element Safety) to tailor your training – to take account of any conditions.
It helps YOU (and us) inform the right people in an emergency.
